Meet Lorenzo a little dog packed with love and personality! Lorenzo hails from Mississippi and is now in Maine looking for his forever home! Found as a stray in the streets and turned over to the local shelter Larry made his way into our rescue. He is about 3 years old, neutered and up to date on all vaccines and heartworm testing. Lorenzo is a charmer and would do best with older children and perhaps one small dog in the household. He has been around cats but doesn’t quite know what to make of them. He is very friendly and loving and his favorite place is in your arms and he loves to wrap himself up in a blanket like a burrito. He is a bundle of energy and loves toys! He is a bit on the shy side and needs help with his social graces with people and other dogs. He is very playful and active. He needs help with his leash training but once trained would make a perfect companion to accompany you on walks.  He would also love a secure place to run around so a fenced in area would be heaven for him.  He is very intelligent and a quick learner. He would make a delightful addition to a family who can appreciate his needs and accommodations.
